Haynes, a seasoned executive coach, former dean, and educator with over two decades of experience in leadership, supervision, systems management, and organizational development. His career has spanned classrooms, boardrooms, and strategy sessions—and throughout it all, he’s remained committed to one truth: growth is an intentional process.
